That will be Okachimachi. it's the old jewellery quarter, home to the CAD/CAM jewellers shop (kind of an Akihabara overspill) the Okachimachi Gold Teeth Centre and whatever the name of the place is, a gold shop, where they have a 1kg gold bar in the window...with a label saying "Sample"...saves them having get a new window every day.
